Lodge Executive Committee

The Lodge Executive Committee "LEC" is composed of the lodge officers, the chapter chiefs, lodge committee chairs and lodge, chapter and committee advisers.  They meet to plan lodge events, activities and to conduct lodge business.  The youth officers are the only members who are authorized to vote on lodge business.

Lodge Officer Elections

Elections for youth Lodge Officer positions will take place during the upcoming Fall Ordeal and Fellowship at Camp Topenebee, in September.  To run for a Lodge office, members must submit the completed "Lodge Office Form" by midnight on Friday evening of the Fall Ordeal and Fellowship weekend each year.

 Any youth member of the Lodge may run for an officer position providing they will not be 21 before the end of their elected term. Lodge officers serve January 1 - December 31, each year.  Members must submit the form below, completely filled out with the appropriate signatures to the Lodge Adviser on Friday night, of the September Ordeal and Fellowship weekend, if they are interested in running for any of the Lodge officer positions:

     Lodge Vice Chief of Administration

     Lodge Vice Chief of Program

     Lodge Secretary
