If you have trouble with this form, simply email your name, scout(s) names, troop to jmartin@diocesefwsb.org Cost is $10 per person. Age 5 and below free. Max 
total of $40 per family. This will be collected at the camporee. Checks can be made out to the Catholic Committee on Scouting.

What to bring: Snacks to share, breakfast for Saturday morning, rosary, class A uniforms for Mass, hiking or 
walking shoes, tent, sleeping bag, and camping equipment

Meals: 

Friday night:

Meal is on your own, bring snacks to share 

Saturday: 

Breakfast: provided by your troop or family, The Catholic Committee will provide hot water 
Lunch: provided by Catholic Committee on Scouting (pizza, fruit, please bring snacks to share.) 
Dinner: provided by Holy Cross College (paid for through Camporee fee) 

Sunday:

Provided by the Catholic Committee on Scouting. (yogurt, granola, oatmeal, fruit)

Friday, September 13th 
5:00 pm parking lot open and grassy area available for troops to set up their tents 
5:00-7:00 pm dinner on own at their campsites 
8:00 pm Welcome and evening prayer, snacks; above-ground fire bowl 
10:00 pm Quiet 

Saturday, September 14th 
7:00-8:30 Breakfast at the common site provided by the Catholic Committee on Scouting 
8:30 Morning prayer St. Joseph Chapel 
9:00 Morning activities: Lesson on Congregation of Holy Cross, Saint Andre Bessette, Eucharist 
Noon Lunch provided by the Catholic Committee on Scouting 
1:00 Afternoon activities: time to explore campus, visit religious sites at Notre Dame 
5:00 Mass at the Basilica of the Sacred Heart 
7:00 Dinner at Holy Cross College 
8:00 Evening prayer-Rosary 
10:00 Quiet 

Sunday, September 15th 
7:30 Breakfast at a common site, provided by the Catholic Committee on Scouting 
8:00 am morning prayer 
Departure by 10 am
