Elkhart County Cub Day Camp

Cub Day Camp is an amazing opportunity for Scouts and parents to get a jumps start on their new Scouting rank for the fall! 

Pixie Camp is also avaible for those siblings who are potty trained and under 7!

Many activities at camp provide advancement that is difficult to do in the fall and winter.  Activities include:

• Archery
• BB guns
• Slingshots
• Plant and Animal ID
• Campfire Cooking
• Knots
• Flag Ceremonies
• Songs and Skits
• And So Much More!

Prior to camp there will be a staff training day on June 7th (Times and location TBA). Please plan to attend this training if you intend to be on youth or adult staff. 

There will be a Parents/leaders meeting June 23rd at 6:30 Pm at Sugar Grove Church to review the walker guide and hand out den assignments and finalized den rotation schedules.

We do require that each pack provide two (2) adult walkers for each day of camp; these need not be the same adults each day. If you cannot provide these walkers as a unit please contact us so that we can make accommodations to cover that gap. Please make sure to register all Adults coming to camp not just the youth!

Returning this year at the close of camp on Friday evening we are inviting all parents to bring in their own picnic style dinner for their families to enjoy as our scouts present their songs and skits and we go over any end of camp announcements.

Sugar Grove Park Cub Day Camp

- June 24 - 27, 2025 from 8:00AM to 4:00PM EST

*** Please Note that the location for Elkhart Cub Day Camp has changed From Ox Bow Park to Sugar Grove Church (58512 Old County Rd 17, Goshen, IN 46528) *** This allows us to have additional space and a more focused Range And Target Activities Area to promote learning and safety. 

Pioneer Trails Cub Day Camp @ Sugar Grove Church

Early bird fee is $80 (Until March 31st)

Regular Fee is $100 (from April 1st until June 2nd)

Late fee is $120 (from June 3rd until June 16th) *** WAIVED! Enjoy the Regular Fee through through June 16th. 

The last day to register is June 16th!
