How to Register: Go to the Forms page for a registration form. Mail your payment to LaSalle Council at the address on the form. It needs to be postmarked by Wednesday, March 31, 2010.

Event Check In Time: 6-10pm Eastern Friday Evening
Event Check Out Time: 11am Eastern Sunday Morning

Camping: The Sleeping Bag and Tent you bring

Attire: Your Class A Scout Uniform & some recreational clothes

Bring: Pack as you would for any springtime campout. Be prepared for any type of weather.

Eating/Meals: Friday night snack, all Saturday meals and Sunday breakfast, including eating utensils are provided. Meals to and from the event are not provided.

How do I get there? There are always enough adults going from our area to provide rides for youth. Rides will be determined the week before the event.

Online Trading Post for Conclave Items Yes - the Trading Post should be up and running by 3/4/10. Not sure yet of the pre-order deadline for custom items - so check back soon

Drivers (regardless of age): You are required to supply your Make/Model/Year of the vehicle you will be driving, the number of seat belts, your Drivers License Number and your Vehicle Insurance amounts on your event registration form for a Local Tour Permit. This is a new National BSA Policy related to O/A Events - Jan 2010.
