Lodge Executive Committee Meeting - Thursday, Feb 25, 2010.

Native American Seminar / Winter Fellowship - Friday-Sunday, Jan 15-17, 2010.
Jaccos Towne Lodge #21 is holding a Native American Seminar at their upcoming Winter Fellowship. The event will be held at Camp Kikthawenund in Frankton IN (40°10'41.72"N, -85°49'0.15"W kml). Arrowmen will remember this as the site of the 2008 Section Conclave. The address for Camp K is 7651 West 500 North. The cost is $20 and includes food, lodging and supplies. A small group of Sakima Lodge members have expressed an interest in attending. If you interested in attending, please contact Sakima Lodge Chief Corey no later than Wednesday, Jan 13, 2010. Council of Chiefs Meeting - Sunday, Jan 24, 2010.
The next Council of Chiefs Meeting will be Sunday, Jan 24, 2010 at Camp Belzer. The Lodge Key 3 is expected to attend. Other Key Leaders are invited to attend and are expected to RSVP their intentions with Sakima Lodge Chief Corey no later than Wednesday, Jan 20. Camp Belzer is located at 6102 Boy Scout Road on the northeast side of Indianapolis (39°51'58.90"N, -86° 2'13.36"W kml). For those familiar with Indy - it is just north of Lawrence High School. There is no cost to attend and lunch is provided. Adults will provide transportation to those attending.

2010 Annual Membership Dues Deadline is FRIDAY, OCTOBER 30, 2009
Your annual membership dues deadline is Friday, October 30, 2009. Pay only by mail or in person at the LaSalle Council Service Center. Dues Forms will be mailed out to current members at the end of September. They will also be available at that time online at the Forms Web Page.
