Council of Chiefs Meeting - Sunday, Mar 14, 2010.
A Council of Chiefs Meeting will be Sunday, Mar 14, 2010 at Camp Robert Drake. The Lodge Key 3 is expected to attend. Other Key Leaders are invited to attend and are expected to RSVP their intentions with Sakima Lodge Chief Corey no later than Wednesday, Mar 10. Camp Drake is located at 10001 E Co. Rd. 1500 N in Fairmount IL (40° 5'14.56"N, -87°45'12.66"W kml). There is no cost to attend and lunch is provided. Adults will provide transportation to those attending.
Section C6A Conclave - Fri-Sun - April 16-18, 2010.
The 2010 Section Conclave will be held at Franklin L Cary Camp. All arrowmen are invited to attend this state-wide order of the arrow event. Cary Camp is on Hwy 26 on the east side of Lafayette, IN (40°25'7.76"N, -86°46'59.74"W kml). More information is available on the Section Conclave web page.
LaSalle Council 2010 Anniversary Jamboree- Fri-Sun - May 14-15, 2010.

Spring Fellowship - Fri-Sun - Jun 4-6, 2010.
Sakima Lodge will be hosting a Spring Fellowship at Camp Tamarack from Friday, Jun 4 to Sunday, Jun 6, 2010. Camp Tamarack is located on the beautiful Wood Lake Scout Reservation. All arrowmen are invited for a weekend of fun and fellowship. We'll start with a Friday evening campfire - O/A style. We'll do some service projects on Saturday to help set up for summer camp. We'll have some fun activities following the service projects. We'll end Saturday with another campfire - O/A style. Sunday will start with Scouts Own followed by some more fun activities. Awesome. Earn your Brotherhood Honor at Summer Camp. June 17, 24, July 1, 8 & 15, 2010.
Sakima Lodge will once again offer arrowmen who are eligible to earn the Brotherhood Honor to seal their membership in the Order of the Arrow. This is the final step in becoming a full member of the O/A. Details are available in the Summer Camp Leaders Guide.
Ordeal Candidate Callouts at Summer Camp. June 18, 25, July 2, 9 & 16, 2010.
Sakima Lodge will call out those scouts who were elected by their troop members to become "candidates" for membership in the Order of the Arrow.
Crackerbarrels - O/A Style. June 18, 25, July 2, 9 & 16, 2010.
Each Friday night at summer camp - the O/A will host a crackerbarrel for all members of the O/A.
100th Anniversary National Jamboree - July 26 - Aug 4, 2010.
There are several ways to attend the National Jamboree - O/A Style. Go to the National O/A Jamboree web page for more information. If you have a knack for Native American Dance, Crafts or way of Life, consider being on staff for the Native American Village. If acting or other aspects of theater appeal to you, consider the Mysterium Compass Experience. If you want to work behind the scenes supporting the Jamboree, consider the O/A Service Corps. A new venture for the O/A at the National Jamboree - If you like sports or living a healthier lifestyle and want to teach others - consider the new Pacesetter staff. As a reminder - you still have time to experience the Jamboree.
