Cub Scout Leader Specific

Essential training for all Scoutmasters and Assistants. Following New Leader Essentials Training, this course is Phase two of a new Scoutmaster’s introduction to the BSA and to the responsibilities, opportunities, and resources that will ensure a successful troop leadership experience.

BALOO is a on-day training event that introduces parents and leaders to the skills needed to plan and conduct pack outdoor activities, particularly pack camping. A BALOO trained leader must be in attendance at each pack overnighter.
