Leader Specific Training Courses Now Available Online ! -  You can now complete many leader specific training courses from your home or office computer through the BSA "E-Learning Management System".  To access this system, simply log in to your "My-Scouting" account.  Click on the "E-Learning" link located on the training section of the navigation bar to display the list of courses you can click on and view.  When you have completed a course, be sure to print off or download the certificate and present it to your unit leader, district training committee, or district executive to assure that it is properly recorded.  Training is a vital component of the unit, district, and council "Journey to Excellence" (JTE) program.  Training is also a vital component in the delivery of high quality program to the youth we serve.
