NEW MEMBERSHIP APPLICATIONS

Brand new applications are here.  There is a form for adults and a single form for all youth.  These are membership applications that can be scanned into Scoutnet at the Council Service Center by the registrar.  By using these new applications, the time involved processing new youth applications will be significantly decreased.  That means cards for new people sooner!!!
It is imperative that ALL other applications be destroyed.  The old forms will not be accepted effective immediately. 
Please use black ink and fill in all circles and information completely.  Do not use colored ink.  Please make sure all applications have the appropriate signatures.  The new system will not scan the applications if they aren’t complete. 
Parents will need to complete and/or update the health history information on a Class 1 health form instead of the back of the application.  The new applications and Class I health forms are available from the Council Service Center, District Membership chairs, District Executives, and online at www.lasallecouncilbsa.org.
