We may accept the payment on credit card, provided the unit will pay
a 4% surcharge to cover the cost of processing the card.
Rank advancement badges are available only from BSA Council
Scout Shops. All other retail distributors listed are
authorized to carry items listed in the retail catalog. Contact
your local Scout shop for availability of specific items.
