A representative of each unit can
now complete the paperwork for renewing a charter online. From Internet
Rechartering, you can indicate returning members, add new members, and
update information for an individual or the chartered organization.
How to Use
Each unit must select an adult to be its renewal
processor; this adult must attend the training. Additionally, anyone who
wants to learn more about how Internet Rechartering works can take the
interactive Internet Rechartering tutorial and view the help.
To renew a charter online:
-
Your
unit will select a renewal processor at least 90
days prior to your unit's
charter expiration date.
-
The renewal processor
must attend the Roundtable
60 to 90 days prior to the charter expiration
date to receive training and get the unit access code.
Example: Unit recharter date is January 31, 2007 - the unit
processor will pickup the packet and code at the November, 2006
Roundtable.
