Fall Popcorn Sale Signup & Timeline (pdf)

We’ve planned a great sale for this year, with plenty of fun in store including focus on sales training and unit kickoff support.  Your Unit will again earn 30% of the gross sale with Scout’s prizes remain at a value of 6%.  Research shows that price is only the fifth most popular reason for consumer’s purchasing the product, and over 73% make the decision to buy before looking at an order form.

Required Forms

Popcorn Unit Show & Sell Order Form * (pdf)

Super Saturday Settlement/Order Form Spreadsheet (xls)

Unit Prize Order Form * (pdf)

Unit Roster - If you participate in the fall sale, you must submit a  unit roster of names for all youth selling, how much each youth sold, and which prize(s) each youth selected.  You may wish to use the UNIT MASTER RECORD AND PRIZE TALLEY SHEET for your convenience.  This is a working EXCEL file that calculates totals for you.  However, you may also send a copy of the website, or typed or handwritten list (Youth First and Last Name, Total $ Amount Sold, and Prize(s) Chosen) to gwilkeson@lasallecouncilbsa.org or fax to 574-289-0336.  Be sure to call to verify that your fax was received.  If you submit a handwritten list, it must be CLEARLY WRITTEN so that all youth names can be verified for registration purposes.  If you have youth use the online ordering, you will not need to use the Master Record, however we will need a list (which can be typed or handwritten) that includes each youth’s first and last name for registration verification.

* Our preference is that you complete these online @ www.trails-end.com, clicking on the Leaders tab, then Popcorn System (under Resources)

We are happy to report that Trail's End has taken an industry-leading role in completely removing diacetyl from our microwave popcorn.

If you have customers who you are not near enough to be able to deliver to personally, send them to:
www.orderpopcorn.com
This website is available during the entire sale.   This is an opportunity for those out of reach of our regular sale (or those who want additional product after the sale) to order popcorn and have it shipped directly to them from Trail’s End (shipping charges will apply).  Orders are credited to your unit through individual Scout’s codes issued through the Trail’s End system that the Scouts share with their customers.  The customer enters that code when ordering on www.orderpopcorn.com to ensure your unit and that youth receives credit.  We receive the same sale commission this year, and all orders will count toward your unit sale totals and toward prize totals for youth.  We will send a check or notify you of deposits into your unit account when Trail’s End issues the profits to us (the orders you submit for pickup will not include www.orderpopcorn.com orders, as they are ordered, paid for, and delivered through the www.orderpopcorn.com website).  Youth may now set up their own key numbers through the website.   Please encourage them to use the built in e-mail message function by entering out-of-town e-mail addresses for friends & family, who will be invited to visit www.orderpopcorn.com.  You will have the ability to monitor (through new reporting protocols Trail’s End is developing to inform units) individual youth orders (to use for prize $ credit) and total unit $ sold (to use toward unit bonus).
